Response from the Kammergericht (Higher Regional Court) concerning jurisdiction
On 20.02.2025, the Berlin Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) responded to the application of 03.02.2025. According to the list of annexes, the Senate stated that, under the allocation-of-business plan, it did not have jurisdiction over such applications.

The failure to forward the application, or the way the question of jurisdiction was handled, was later challenged as a violation of effective legal protection.
