Application for provisional acceptance of supplements, parts 5 to 7
On 07.04.2025, I applied to the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) for provisional acceptance of supplements to the statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision) against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024., parts 5 to 7, on account of repeated refusals to accept them. According to the list of annexes, these supplements were documented on 09.04.2025.

This event shows that the later supplements to the appeal were likewise not constructed retrospectively, but had already been brought before the BGH during the ongoing appeal proceedings.
