Termination of the lawyer’s mandate
On 16.12.2024 I terminated my lawyer’s mandate and revoked his power of attorney because of a serious breach of trust (Anlage 4_F2).

First official response: on 21.05.2025 I received a response from a court for the first time — the order of the BGH (Federal Court of Justice) dated 07.05.2025

Dear Mr Römer, I hereby terminate the existing lawyer–client mandate with you without notice and revoke the power of attorney granted to you with immediate effect. I base this decision on the fact that I can no longer establish adequate contact with you. My repeated attempts from the pronouncement of judgment to date were successful only twice, on 22.7.24 at 17:18 and on 28.10.24 at 12:51. As a result, you gave me no opportunity to prepare my supplement to the grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision).
For this reason, there has been a breach of trust. Please send me written confirmation of this termination without delay. I also ask you to send me all documents relating to my proceedings immediately.
