Request for acknowledgement of receipt
On 30.01.2025 I applied to the court registry officer (Urkundsbeamtin der Geschäftsstelle) for acknowledgement of receipt under § 37 StPO for the following documents: the supplement, submitted on 20.01.2025, to the grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The grounds for the appeal on points of law against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024.; the two complaints under §198 StPO (concerning judicial delay) of 13.01.2025 and the complaint under § 304 StPO (against the order of 08.01.2025) of 16.01.2025 (Anlage 12_F2).

I request acknowledgement of receipt under § 37 StPO concerning my: supplement to my supplement to the grounds for the appeal on points of law, sent to the BGH (Federal Court of Justice) on 20.01.2025; two complaints under § 198 GVG lodged on 13.01.2025; application under § 304 StPO made on 16.01.2025.
I further request notification of the failure to forward the complaints to Groß, Presiding Judge at the Landgericht (Regional Court) (VRiLG), for information: withholding them under § 198 GVG constitutes a criminal offence and a violation of Art. 6 EMRK.
