Refusal to accept my immediate complaint (sofortige Beschwerde) under § 311 StPO
On 24.03.2025 the registry officer of Amtsgericht Tiergarten (Tiergarten Local Court), on direct instructions from her superior, refused to accept my immediate complaint against a decision of Kammergericht Berlin (Berlin Higher Regional Court) under § 311 StPO.

The immediate complaint under § 311 StPO is subject to a one-week time limit. If its recording is refused, the route to a legal remedy against the decision concerned is definitively closed. That is precisely what happened here.
