On 17.04.2025 at 12:24, I received a letter from the Berlin Senate Department for Justice and Consumer Protection in response to my complaint of 26.03.2025. The letter was handed to me already opened. In substance, the Senate Department states that my complaint concerning systematic violations of fundamental rights at Moabit correctional facility (JVA Moabit) was forwarded to the management of JVA Moabit for a decision (Annex 34_F2)

Dear Mr Bagrash, I acknowledge receipt of your letter of 26.03.2025. Insofar as the complaint presented concerns Moabit correctional facility (JVA Moabit), I have forwarded your letter to JVA Moabit and requested examination of the matters raised in your complaint, because, according to your letter, the management of JVA Moabit has not yet dealt conclusively with your concern and made a decision. JVA Moabit will provide you with a further response; I will ask to be informed of the outcome of the examination.

Insofar as you present complaints concerning the Berlin courts and prosecuting authorities, I have forwarded your letter to the offices within our department responsible for supervision of the Berlin prosecuting authorities and the Berlin courts respectively. You will receive a separate response on these matters.
