On 05.05.2025, finally for me, at the registry of Tiergarten Local Court, the third-part supplement to my grounds of appeal on points of lawThe grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision) against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. to submit for entry on the record (for the annex, see Case 1, supplement to the grounds of appeal on points of law, part 3 (UKB)).
Will Presiding Regional Court Judge Groß (VRiLG)Presiding Judge at Landgericht Berlin I (Berlin Regional Court I) in criminal case 522 Ks 5/23. Dmitry Bagrash publicly alleges that he altered the judgment after the fact; on 02.09.2026 he filed a criminal complaint on that basis. No decision has yet been made on the complaint; the presumption of innocence applies. duly forward the supplement to the BGH (Bundesgerichtshof — Federal Court of Justice)?

See point 47: parts 3 and 4 of my supplements to the grounds of appeal on points of law — with an original signature — had already been before the BGH since 09.04.2025, including clear indications of an acceptance blockade by the registry officials (UKB).
