On 07.05.2025, I submitted at the registry of Tiergarten Local Court the fourth supplement to my grounds of appeal on points of lawThe grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision) against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. for entry on the record.

Here too, I received no acknowledgement of receipt under § 37 StPO.
See point 47: parts 3 and 4 of my supplements to the grounds of appeal on points of law — with an original signature — had already been before the BGH (Bundesgerichtshof — Federal Court of Justice) since 09.04.2025, including clear indications of an acceptance blockade by the registry officials (UKB).
