Submission of the fifth to seventh supplements and the coronavirus emergency-assistance supplement to the grounds for the appeal on points of law through Amtsgericht Tiergarten (Tiergarten Local Court)
On 14.05.2025 I submitted to the registry officers’ service at Amtsgericht Tiergarten the fifth to seventh supplements to the grounds for my appeal on points of law (Revision)The statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision) against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. as well as a supplement concerning coronavirus assistance.

Here too I received no acknowledgement of receipt under § 37 StPO.
See point 48: as early as 09.04.2025, Parts 3 to 7 of my supplements to the grounds for the appeal on points of law, and the coronavirus materials — bearing an original signature — were at the BGH (Federal Court of Justice), including clear indications of acceptance being blocked by the UKB (court registry officers).
