Petition to the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag
On 20.05.2025 I received an acknowledgement of receipt from the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag (file reference: PET 4-21-07-99999-001649). For the first time it was delivered properly and in a sealed envelope under § 37 StPO. This acknowledgement concerns the petition of 12.05.2025 (Annex 37_F2).
Conclusion concerning points 66 and 67: I assume that the blocking of my mail delivery was ended as a result of my hunger strike.
Commentary — Dmitry Bagrash’s assessment
The acknowledgement of receipt from the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag arrived properly sealed. The petition itself is evidence that I pursued the parliamentary route alongside the route to judicial protection — a circumstance that appears in later prison documents as a “fight against the justice system” rather than exercise of the right to petition under Art. 17 GG.
