Sending approximately 50 emails
At around 15:00, I sent approximately 50 emails with the subject “Acceptance/refusal”, including to the Senate Department for Justice, the Bundestag, the Federal Ministry of Justice and various media outlets, pointing out the urgency.

Sending around fifty emails to ministries, parliament and the media was an act of preserving evidence, not seeking publicity: when the formal route provides no acknowledgement of receipt, informing third parties in parallel remains the only form of documentation. The same practice underlies all later Open Statements.
