Email complaint to the Berlin Senate Department for Justice (Senatsverwaltung für Justiz Berlin)

On 20.06.2025 I submitted a formal complaint by email to the Senatsverwaltung für Justiz Berlin (Berlin Senate Department for Justice) at pressestelle@senjustv.berlin.de and post@senjustv.berlin.de. In it I documented the unlawful refusal to record my complaint alleging a violation of the right to be heard, the blocking of my legal protection and the targeted withholding of writing materials and hygiene items at JVA Heidering.

I referred to violations of Art. 19 Abs. 4 GG and Art. 3 EMRK and described a strategy of wearing me down with the character of torture. I demanded an immediate examination and announced international steps if there was no response. (Anlage 48_F2)

Commentary — Dmitry Bagrash’s assessment

This email formally notified the Senate Department that access to the court registry officer was being denied at JVA Heidering. From that date onward, the supervisory authority can no longer plead ignorance. No reply was received; the next escalation of 25.07.2025 (Chronology No. 100) refers to this.
