Background: return of the original registered letters by DHL. The time limit had previously been secured by fax. Fax transmission reports, DHL evidence and the application for restoration to the previous procedural position (Wiedereinsetzungsantrag) (of 24.06.2025) enclosed.
Commentary — Dmitry Bagrash’s assessment
The return of my registered letters by the postal service provider and the subsequent resending to an alternative address show how much effort the technical act of delivery alone requires. For a prisoner without free access to the post, each such failure directly affects compliance with time limits.
