Letter handed over after the start of the hunger strike
On 04.08.2025, after my hunger strike began, the previously withheld and opened letter containing drafts of an application to the European Court of Human Rights (EGMR) was handed over to me late, in the afternoon. There is a risk of recurrence.

The withheld letter was handed over on the day the hunger strike began. This sequence repeats the pattern of 30.05.2025 (Chronology No. 80) and 11.08.2025 (Chronology No. 107): in each case, refusal of food rather than applications prompted fulfilment of an existing entitlement.
