Open letter to the Senator for Justice (also to the media)
On 09.09.2025 I emailed an open letter to Berlin’s Senator for Justice (cc: State Secretariat / press office); the identical text was sent to the press mailing list at the same time. Content: the current judicial blockade and hunger strike as the only means; denial of access to a registry official (UKB) / lack of written decisions, with irreparable harm and risk of recurrence; impermissible “correction” of the operative part of the Regional Court (LG) order of 30.07.2025 (“Deception 4”); demands with a 7-day deadline, including consequences under service / criminal law for those responsible. This open letter is cited in my later application under § 109 StVollzG of 17.09.2025 as evidence of the blockade of access to registry officials and the resulting disadvantages regarding time limits. (Annex 71_F2)
Commentary — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash
By the open letter I deliberately made the matter public after the non-public routes had gone unanswered. This decision later became part of the reasoning used to refuse me relaxations of the prison regime — the allegation was, in substance, that I was waging a fight against the justice system. I regard it as the exercise of Art. 5 GG.
