Subject: Status inquiry and acknowledgment of receipt (§ 37 StPO) and application for forwarding (§ 306 Abs. 2 StPO). Case reference: 522 Ks 5/23 — 176 Js 4/22 V (GenStA Berlin — Berlin Prosecutor General’s Office). Reference: complaint against the order of 30.07.2025 (received by post at the Regional Court on 27.08.2025, RR98 2267 909DE).
Dear Sir or Madam, on 26.08.2025 I lodged with the 22nd major criminal chamber a complaint preserving the time limit (in the alternative, an immediate complaint (sofortige Beschwerde), reinstatement of the time limit (Wiedereinsetzung), alternatively a complaint concerning a violation of the right to be heard (Anhörungsrüge) and a request for reconsideration by the same court (Gegenvorstellung)) against the order of 30.07.2025, which supplemented the judgment of 22.07.2024 with the list of provisions applied by way of “correction”. Receipt by post at the Regional Court is evidenced for 27.08.2025 (RR98 2267 909DE). To date I have neither an acknowledgment of receipt (§ 37 StPO), notification of a case/file reference, nor a decision granting relief on the complaint or forwarding it.
I therefore request: 1. Acknowledgment of receipt under § 37 StPO for my submission of 26./27.08.2025 and notification of the case/file reference. 2. Information on the processing status of my remedies. 3. Forwarding to the competent court of complaint under § 306 Abs. 2 StPO if relief is not granted by the court itself. I request completion within 7 calendar days of receipt of this letter.

Two requests in one letter: acknowledgment of receipt under § 37 StPO and forwarding the complaint under § 306 Abs. 2 StPO to the Kammergericht (Higher Regional Court). Both are routine aspects of orderly registry operation. The real finding is that they had to be requested, pursued by reminders and ultimately made the subject of separate proceedings.
