Letter from the registry of LG Berlin (Berlin Regional Court): reply to a status inquiry

On 30.09.2025 I received a letter from the registry of Landgericht Berlin (Berlin Regional Court) (registry official Schlägel, dated 23.09.2025). Content: my status inquiry of 17.09.2025 and objection to delay concerning my complaint against the correction order of 30.07.2025 had been forwarded to the Generalstaatsanwaltschaft (Prosecutor General’s Office); no case reference was available there.

Commentary — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash

The letter bears no judge’s signature and records that my immediate complaint (sofortige Beschwerde) was not submitted to the Kammergericht (Higher Regional Court), but impermissibly “forwarded” to the Prosecutor General’s Office. My complaint was thus effectively blocked and my right to effective legal protection (Art. 19 Abs. 4 GG) was violated again. (Annex 76_F2)
