Subject: Renewed submission and reminder after the 72-hour time limit expired without result — appeal on points of law of 13.01.2026, case reference 599 StVK 215/25 Vollz.
Dear Sir or Madam, the subject remains the appeal on points of law lodged on 13.01.2026 by having it recorded at Amtsgericht Zossen (Zossen Local Court), together with the application for leave to bring the appeal, against the Landgericht Berlin I order of 10.12.2025 in case 599 StVK 215/25 Vollz (AG Zossen, case reference 131 AR 1/26).
On 31.03.2026 I again sent your court my letter of 30.03.2026 by fax. According to the fax transmission report in my possession, the transmission to fax number (030) 9014-2010 was made on 31.03.2026 at 23:13 under Fax-ID 16438777 with the status “Transmission: OK”. Despite the time limit of 72 hours set in that letter, to date I have received neither written confirmation of receipt nor a substantive response nor reliable evidence of further procedural measures.
The absence of any traceable response reinforces the suspicion that the status of my appeal on points of law is still not being documented transparently. Without confirmation of receipt, without notification of a submission or forwarding date and without a Kammergericht case reference, effective judicial protection is in practice unverifiable for me.
I request: 1. information on whether my appeal on points of law and application for leave to bring the appeal have been received and processed by the Landgericht Berlin I; 2. information on whether and when the matter was submitted or forwarded to the Kammergericht; 3. if submission or forwarding has already taken place, written notification of the case reference assigned there; 4. if submission or forwarding has not yet occurred, that it be arranged immediately and confirmed to me in writing.

The transmission report records the date, time, recipient number, Fax-ID and transmission status. It is thus technical evidence of receipt which the receiving body cannot dispute. I therefore consistently include these reports — they have taken the place of the confirmations of receipt that I do not receive.
