Receipt of the only response from the Landgericht Berlin

On 20.04.2026 I received the only written response to date from the Landgericht Berlin I (Berlin Regional Court I) to my repeated status enquiries and escalation letters concerning the appeal on points of law (Rechtsbeschwerde) of 13.01.2026 against the order of the Landgericht Berlin I of 10.12.2025 in case 599 StVK 215/25 Vollz.

The letter from the Landgericht Berlin I is dated 01.04.2026 and refers to my enquiry of 30.03.2026, which the court says was received on 01.04.2026. It merely reports that, following my appeal on points of law, the matter had been forwarded to the Kammergericht “by direction of the competent female judge on 14.01.2026”. What is decisive, however, is that the Landgericht expressly gives no Kammergericht case reference, but writes: “Case reference: unknown”.

Commentary — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash

Although this letter is the first and only reaction from the Landgericht Berlin I to my escalation letters, it does not resolve the central gap in judicial protection. It does not confirm in a verifiable manner under which case reference the matter is being handled at the Kammergericht, and contains no reliable evidence of actual receipt by the Kammergericht. Thus, despite the alleged forwarding on 14.01.2026, it remains open whether my appeal on points of law has even become properly pending before the competent appeal court. The absence of a Kammergericht case reference in particular must be documented. (Annex 100_F2)

Landgericht Berlin I, case reference 599 StVK 215/25 Vollz, prepared on 01.04.2026, received by Dmitry Bagrash on 02.04.2026, signed by the competent female judge at the Landgericht.

Note: the original is a scan with limited OCR quality; among other things, the name of the female judge who signed it cannot be read reliably in the scan. The following points are the key statements that can be read with certainty in the scan; for the full wording, see the original at the Google Drive link below.

  • The Landgericht refers to the enquiry from Dmitry Bagrash of 30.03.2026, received by the court on 01.04.2026.
  • It is reported that, following the appeal on points of law, the matter had been forwarded to the Kammergericht by direction of the competent female judge on 14.01.2026.
  • The Kammergericht case reference is expressly given as “unknown”.
  • The copy is certified by machine (Berlin, 02.04.2026) and bears the note “valid without a signature”.
