Reply from the President of the Kammergericht (Berlin Higher Regional Court) to my submissions of 30.03.2026 and 18.04.2026
On 20.05.2026 I received a letter from the President of the Kammergericht dated 08.05.2026. It acknowledged receipt of my submissions of 30.03.2026 and 18.04.2026. It also stated that the matter was registered under reference KG N 3133 E-72-110/2026-14193/2026 and that the competent criminal division within the court had been asked to examine it and take further action if necessary.

This letter is important because it confirmed for the first time that my submissions had been registered at the Kammergericht and referred to a competent criminal division for examination. However, no substantive decision or specific remedial action followed; only a further examination was announced. It therefore remains unclear what actual measures were taken as a result of my submissions.
