Receipt of the letter of the Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I) of 01.06.2026 and the statement of Moabit prison (JVA Moabit) of 28.05.2026 in proceedings 595 StVK 68/26 Vollz
On 12.06.2026 I received the Berlin Regional Court I letter of 01.06.2026 in proceedings 595 StVK 68/26 Vollz. It gave me an opportunity to make a final statement within three weeks. The JVA Moabit statement of 28.05.2026 was enclosed. In it, the JVA requests that my application challenging the sentence and reintegration plan be rejected as unfounded. In substance, it defends the denial of an open prison regime (offener Vollzug) and all regime relaxations principally by citing an alleged risk of escape and misuse, lack of personal suitability, failure to come to terms with the offence, and my allegedly strong focus on fighting the German justice system.

In my view, this is a key document. It confirms that the adverse factors used in the prognosis are my legal remedies, complaints, public documentation, insistence on my innocence and wish for parliamentary and journalistic scrutiny, rather than specific new prison-rule violations or specific preparations to escape.
