Delayed blanket rejection of the administrative supervision complaint (Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde) against presiding Regional Court judge Groß (VRiLG)
On 09.07.2026 I received the reply dated 26.06.2026 from the President of the Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I) to my administrative supervision complaint of 06.09.2025 and my supplementary submissions of 17. and 23.03.2026. After almost ten months, I was merely informed that there were no indications of conduct relevant to administrative supervision. The reasons relied principally on judicial independence and completed proceedings on legal remedies, without specifically examining the individual facts I had documented.

The alleged events are not refuted; instead, reference to judicial independence removes them from substantive examination under administrative supervision. The already documented pattern of blanket replies without specific factual examination thus continues.
