Rejection of the administrative supervision complaint (Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde) concerning the conduct of the hearing of 24.06.2026

On 22.07.2026 I received the letter dated 09.07.2026 from the President of the Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I) concerning my submission of 25.06.2026 on proceedings 589f StVK 86/26. It states that my administrative supervision complaint was examined, the specialist case-management application consulted and an official statement obtained from the judge concerned in the Chamber for the Execution of Criminal Sentences.

Nevertheless, it was merely stated that no conduct relevant to administrative supervision was discernible and that no further measures would be taken. The official statement obtained was not sent to me, and the reply contains no transparent examination of the individual complaints in my submission of 25.06.2026.
