Status enquiry, application to expedite and formal objection to delay (Verzögerungsrüge) in proceedings 595 StVK 68/26 Vollz
On 30.07.2026, a status enquiry with an application to expedite and a precautionary formal objection to delay (Verzögerungsrüge) under § 198 para. 3 GVG was sent by fax to the 95th chamber for matters concerning execution of sentences at Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I). The open statement was enclosed, together with another copy of the fax transmission report and the original application under §§ 109 et seq.
