On the morning of 09.09.2026 I was told that my appointment with the registry officer (Urkundsbeamter der Geschäftsstelle) of Zossen Local Court (Amtsgericht Zossen) would take place that same day — two days before expiry of the time limit under § 118 Abs. 1 StVollzG in proceedings 595 StVK 68/26 Vollz. The escorted trip out of prison (Ausführung) took place; the appeal on points of law was lodged on the record of the registry.
According to my account, before the escorted trip I was refused the civilian clothing of my choice and had to leave in work clothes. I was continuously restrained on both the outward and return journeys, including leg restraints. During a comparable escorted trip in January 2026, only handcuffs were used, and these were removed inside the courthouse. I have no written reasons for either measure.
What I do not claim
I do not claim that the different transport conditions were deliberately directed against me. A plausible explanation is a changed security classification, or one applied differently in this individual case, unrelated to the purpose of the escorted trip. I am still considering whether to open a separate matter about it.

The result is what mattered: the time limit is met and the appeal on points of law has been lodged. I nevertheless record the circumstances of the escorted trip because this dossier documents the entire route, not just its end — including the days when the documents needed for it were not in my possession.
