The text of the personally signed Annexes I+II (44 pages) corresponds to the version previously published on this page as a working basis. Among other things, it is alleged that the sentence and reintegration plan of Moabit prison (JVA Moabit) of 17.04.2026 relies on a diagnostic assessment from a previous conviction expunged in 2000, contrary to the prohibition on use under § 51 BZRG. At the express request of Frau Böhme, who, in my experience, handled these proceedings correctly and carefully, her handwritten signature on page 8 is not shown here.
