Complaint concerning official conduct (Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde) against MTAL Lohmeier following the judicial setting aside of the video-call ban

Following the Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I) order of 11.09.2026, which set aside the decision of JVA Heidering (Heidering Prison) of 22.07.2026, I address a complaint concerning official conduct (Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde) to the prison management. Its subject is the examination of personal responsibility for issuing the decision, establishing the facts, assessing proportionality and subsequently defending the measure; it does not assert that an official disciplinary offence has already been proved.

The challenged decision was signed “Im Auftrag Lohmeier” (“On behalf of, Lohmeier”); the prison’s subsequent statement of 25.08.2026 also bears his signature. The complaint calls for a specific written examination and notification of the result.
