On 22 September 2026 at 19:17 a supporter, acting on my behalf, faxed to the Federal Constitutional Court (0721 9101-382) the documents requested in its letter of 7 September 2026: the supplementary letter of 22 September 2026, the complaint to the Kammergericht of 1 July 2026 (Anlage 140_F2) and annexes 1–7, 10, 12 and 14 of the constitutional complaint — 83 pages, transmission OK, FAX-ID 17451605. The one-month deadline under § 93(1) BVerfGG expired on 25 September 2026; the documents arrived three days earlier. Source: Anlage 240_F2.
