Status enquiry to the Federal Constitutional Court on both constitutional complaints

In a letter of 20 October 2026 I ask the Federal Constitutional Court about the status. On 2 BvR 1314/26 (received 10 July 2026, 102 days since without further word): whether the complaint has been served under § 94 BVerfGG and whether any documents are missing. On AR 6264/26: whether the supplement of 22 September 2026 (83 pages) arrived in full, whether the case has been moved to the register of proceedings and under which reference, and whether any documents are still missing. I also ask that letters be posted promptly: the letter of 7 September 2026 reached me only after 14 days, four days before the deadline. Source: Anlage 239_F2.
