In a letter of 22 October 2026 I ask the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office, regarding 232 Js 4326/26, to name the handling department and desk, to say whether the case is a reporting matter to the Prosecutor General’s Office or instructions have been given, and whether officials are excluded who took part in my case or are subordinate or superior to senior prosecutor Wachs. I suggest no final decision until the supervisory authority has decided and ask to be given the opportunity to supplement my submission before any discontinuation.
