Federal Constitutional Court: second constitutional complaint now 2 BvR 1974/26 – assigned to the competent chamber

In a letter dated 16 October 2026 (postmarked 21 October 2026, handed to me in JVA Heidering on 23 October 2026) the Federal Constitutional Court informs me that my constitutional complaint of 1/2 September 2026, until now kept in the general register as AR 6264/26, has been transferred to the register of proceedings. It now bears the case number 2 BvR 1974/26 and has been assigned to the competent chamber. Subject: order of the Kammergericht of 18 August 2026 (2 Ws 111/26) and order of the Regional Court Berlin I of 24 June 2026 (589 StVK 86/26). The court’s letter predates my enquiry. A case number records registration and assignment to a chamber, not acceptance for decision. On the first complaint, 2 BvR 1314/26, there is still no news.
