Written sentence plan handed over: 14 pages, unsigned – the condition stands

On 27 October 2026 I was handed the written update of my sentence and integration plan: 14 pages, without a signature and without the name of an officer, only an abbreviation. On my first reading it confirms what was said at the conference of 23 October 2026: open prison and relaxations only in exchange for “offence work”.

Written notice starts the two-week time limit of § 112(1) StVollzG – by my calculation until 10 November 2026. In a supplement of 29 October 2026 to the enforcement chamber I extend my application of 26 October 2026 to the written plan, file it again as a precaution and ask that the prison be ordered to produce the plan and the conference record (Anlage 255_F2).
