Supervisory complaint to the Senate Department and access request: who examined what?

29.10.2026

I am taking the decision of 16 October 2026 to the Senate Department for Justice and Consumer Protection as supervisory authority (Anlage 256_F2). I ask it to state which duties were examined and on what findings the denial of a breach rests; to decide on my supervisory complaint of 1 October 2026; and to state what conclusions were drawn from the court decision of 11 September 2026. From JVA Heidering I request access to and a copy of Mr Lohmeier’s statement and the review notes, and the names of whoever drafted and signed the decision (Anlage 257_F2).

Delivered by fax on 28 October 2026: to the Senate Department at 23:00, 030 9013 2000, 3 pages with Anlage 254_F2, transmission OK, FAX-ID 17690363 (Anlage 259_F2); to JVA Heidering at 22:59, 030 90147-3253, 1 page, transmission OK, FAX-ID 17690369 (Anlage 260_F2). The letters are dated 29 October 2026. I won the court case against the ban itself. What remains open is responsibility. Access request: Anlage 257_F2. No decision has been taken on the complaints and applications; the assessments are mine. Earlier: F2-228.
