Mr Lohmeier on the complaint against himself: a need for legal protection is “already questionable”

By letter of 8 October 2026, signed “Im Auftrag Lohmeier”, the officer against whom my disciplinary complaint is directed informs me that video calls have been unblocked since 15 September 2026. My complaint against him was received on 30 September 2026; I will hear from the office handling it. As to the supervisory complaint, it is “already questionable” whether, after the chamber’s order, there is “not already a lack of a corresponding need for legal protection”.

The dates: Mr Lohmeier gives 30 September 2026 as the date my disciplinary complaint was received; the decision of 16 October 2026 gives 5 October 2026 (Anlage 254_F2). Eight days after this letter the prison rejected the complaint: no breach of duty (F2-228). The supervisory complaint is with the Senate Department and unanswered. The assessments are mine.
