Senate Department passes my complaint about the Prosecutor General’s Office to the Prosecutor General’s Office

On 3 November 2026 I received the Senate Department for Justice’s reply of 26 October 2026 (ref. III C 5-3133-1234/2026/E/7) to my complaint of 21 October 2026 against the Prosecutor General’s decision not to have the complaint against senior prosecutor Wachs examined outside Berlin: “I have forwarded your submission, treated as a supervisory complaint on the merits, to the Berlin Prosecutor General’s Office, as I am obliged first to give it the opportunity to comment. Should the Prosecutor General’s Office not grant your complaint, the matter will be submitted to me again for examination and decision.”
So the complaint about the Prosecutor General’s Office now lies with the Prosecutor General’s Office for comment – as did the criminal complaint against its own prosecutor. The procedure is customary; I record where it leads. On 4 November 2026 the Federal Ministry of Justice also replied to my enquiry of 29 October 2026: it has no supervisory or directive powers over the public prosecutors of the Länder. The Senate Department’s letter is available as a transcript from dictation; the scan will follow. My complaint has not been decided; the presumption of innocence applies to those named. Earlier: F2-222. Dossier: complaint Groß/Wachs.
