I prepare a statement in response to the letter of 17.10.2024 from Groß, presiding judge at the Regional Court (VRILG).
1) I insist on a legally effective judicial decision

3) I insist on being handed the written refusal of Senior Public Prosecutor Wachs (OSta) of 30.08.2024
4) I request a finding of unlawfulness arising from withholding the above-mentioned refusal by Senior Public Prosecutor Wachs (OStA)Senior Public Prosecutor Klaus Michael Wachs, a central figure in the prosecution in these proceedings.
