I received an order from the Berlin Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) in response to my complaint under § 304 StPO against the order of 08.01.2025 (Annex 30/F3), which I had lodged on 16.01.2025. The response was classified as unfounded, but without further explanation or a statement of the legal basis (Annex 33/F3). With this letter, domestic legal remedies have been exhausted. A constitutional complaint to the Federal Constitutional Court and a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (EGMR) will follow.

The Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) dismissed the complaint as unfounded without naming the points raised. The domestic sequence of judicial instances in this matter thus ended without the central question — access to the religious community — ever having been examined on its merits.
