Removal of both prisoners from the work unit and announced loss of work
To avoid a further conflict, both Sergej J. and I were taken back from work unit 3 to our cells. I was told that on 06.08.2026 I should, for the time being, not go to work.
I regard my own removal and the announced loss of work as an additional disadvantage, although my passive, de-escalating conduct prevented a physical confrontation. In my report of danger of the same day, I expressly request that this absence from work not be recorded as a disciplinary measure or as my fault, and that the lost wages be compensated in full.

A person who did not cause the incident should not have to bear its economic consequences either. Whether and how this will be implemented remains open at present.
