Potsdam prosecutor and Brandenburg Landtag Petitions Committee: secure evidence, question witnesses

On 1 November 2026 two letters of 31 October 2026 on case 496 Js 34084/26 were delivered by fax: to the Potsdam public prosecutor (12:20, 8 pages, FAX-ID 17708322) and to the Petitions Committee of the Brandenburg Landtag (12:40, 8 pages, FAX-ID 17708318). Each with the original complaint of 5 August 2026, the acknowledgement of 24 August 2026 and an excerpt from the sentence plan.

I ask the prosecutor to secure video files, evaluation notes and attendance lists, to question the named witness promptly with an interpreter and to inform me as the injured party under § 406d StPO (Anlage 16_F5). I ask the Petitions Committee to obtain the ministry’s statement on timely securing of evidence and handling of the case (Anlage 19_F5). To my knowledge the witness has not yet been questioned. The presumption of innocence applies to the accused. Earlier: F5-023.
