Searched away from my belongings, name refused – and my precautionary declaration
05.11.2026 · Beschwerde am 06.11.2026
On 5 November 2026 at about 14:27, returning from work to house 1, I was searched – unlike other prisoners not next to my belongings but three to four metres away, without reason or record, under threat of force although I was willing to be searched. Nothing was found. The officer did not give his name; Mr Kunze prevented me from learning it. I found my cell searched in my absence, as about every two to three days since September – with the heating turned off and the window open.
On 6 November 2026 I filed a supervisory complaint and requested the officer’s name or service number and the dates, orders and records of the cell searches since 1 September 2026 (Anlage 282_F2; fax 10:17, FAX-ID 17747126, and by e-mail). It is my first complaint about general prison staff; in almost eighteen months I have had no disciplinary measure. Precautionary declaration: I possess nothing prohibited and never have. I follow every order, even one I consider unlawful, and only complain afterwards. Should anything prohibited ever be found on me, it is not mine; for that case I have already requested that the find be photographed in my presence and examined for fingerprints and DNA. In my observation the searches increased after my criminal complaint of 2 September 2026; I do not claim a connection, I have asked about it. I have stayed away from outdoor exercise since 2024 for the same reason (F5-026). There is no disciplinary finding against the officers.
