Status at the time of signing (27.08.2026): fax transmission to the Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) was pending. Reason: 48 days had passed since submission of the constitutional complaint of 10.07.2026 (the BVerfG file reference had not yet been communicated at that time), without an acknowledgement of receipt or file reference. This letter requested prompt information on the processing status.

Now superseded: The file reference 2 BvR 1314/26 and confirmation of timely receipt on 10.07.2026 are now available (Annex 207_F2, received by me only on 07.09.2026 — eleven days after this status enquiry).
