Eight points in proceedings 595 StVK 126/26 Vollz. The key point: in its own core records, the respondent lists me twice as a journalist and calls the same activity “self-presentation”. At the same time, it submits that the withdrawal is not a sanction for unauthorised conduct — and calls the same use “misuse”. It also records that at the hearing on 17.07.2026 I did not take the opportunity to refrain from that type of use in future. Enclosed: the pay slip.
