Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I) proposes to conclude the proceedings concerning the delayed handing over of my registered item (595 StVK 134/26 Vollz) informally and without costs, since it has now been handed over. Enclosed: the statement of Heidering prison (JVA Heidering) of 02.09.2026 (signed Lohmeier), the sentence execution sheet (Vollstreckungsblatt), and a letter from the Security Department of 25.08.2026 (signed Behnisch). If I do not object in writing within two weeks, consent to conclusion without costs is deemed to have been given.
