Anlage 224_F2 — Letter of the Berlin Prosecutor General’s Office of 29 September 2026 (transcription)

What it is: the transcription of the letter of the Berlin Prosecutor General’s Office, ref. 163 AR 392/26, of 29 September 2026, dictated twice by the recipient. Not a scan: at Heidering prison no telephones or scanning are currently available; the scan will be added as soon as possible.

What it says: the criminal complaint of 2 September 2026 against Judge Groß and senior prosecutor Wachs was forwarded “for reasons of jurisdiction” to the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office; a case number there is “not yet known”. Subject: “Submissions of 2 and 29 September 2026”.

What is missing: any word on my express request to have the complaint examined outside Berlin. Wachs prosecuted me as an official of this very Prosecutor General’s Office; the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office is under its supervision (§ 147 no. 3 GVG). The letter is dated the day of my status enquiry (Anlage 234_F2) — after 27 days of silence.
