Anlage 225_F2 — Criminal complaint against Judge Groß and senior prosecutor Wachs of 2 September 2026

What it is: my signed criminal complaint under § 339 StGB of 2 September 2026 with enclosures, 15 pages, faxed to the Berlin Prosecutor General’s Office (transmission report: Anlage 199_F2, 17:00, transmission OK).

The core: page 1 already states that an examination by the Prosecutor General’s Office would be an examination in its own cause, together with the request to transfer the matter to a prosecution office outside Berlin. Enclosed are two statutory declarations, extracts from the judgment and the supplementary order of 30 July 2025.
