What I reported

The complaint is directed against the presiding judge of the Regional Court, Groß, and senior prosecutor Wachs (§ 339 StGB). Enclosed are two statutory declarations under § 156 StGB — on my last word on 22 July 2024 and its interruptions by the presiding judge, on the examination of the witness Prof. Dr. Heinemann-Grüder and on the ban on searching my own mobile phone for witnesses —, extracts from the judgment and the supplementary order of 30 July 2025 by which the list of applicable provisions was added 373 days after the verdict was pronounced.

Already on page 1: the bias of the Berlin prosecution service

Ihre Behörde ist in dem Verfahren, um das es geht, selbst Verfahrensbeteiligte. Sie hat die Anklage erhoben und im Vollstreckungsverfahren gegen meine Entlassung plädiert; einer der Angezeigten ist Oberstaatsanwalt bei einer Berliner Behörde. Eine Prüfung durch Ihr Haus wäre eine Prüfung in eigener Sache.

Translation: “Your office is itself a party to the proceedings in question. It brought the charges and argued against my release in the enforcement proceedings; one of the persons reported is a senior prosecutor at a Berlin authority. An examination by your office would be an examination in your own cause.”

Ich rege daher an, die Sache an eine außerhalb Berlins ansässige Generalstaatsanwaltschaft abzugeben oder auf eine solche Zuweisung hinzuwirken.

What happened next

The transmission report shows that the complaint was with the Prosecutor General’s Office on 2 September 2026 at 17:00. 27 days later it passed the complaint to the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office.
