Four follow-up letters, signed, dated 12 October 2026, prepared for dispatch by fax. Each asks the question that the letter of 29 September 2026 passed over. Transmission reports and replies will be added here as soon as they exist.

Four addressees, one question

  1. 226_F2 – Berlin Prosecutor General’s Office (18 pages): Who decided on my request to transfer the matter outside Berlin, and with what result? Which body is handling the complaint? How is it ruled out that the persons reported influence the examination of their own case?
  2. 227_F2 – Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office (18 pages): receipt, case number, department, status — and whether any overlap with the persons and departments that conducted my case is ruled out.
  3. 228_F2 – Senate Department for Justice and Consumer Protection (29 pages): The state justice administration supervises all prosecution officials of the state (§ 147 no. 2 GVG). I demand that it examine how bias is organisationally ruled out when a complaint concerns a prosecutor of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Anlage 56_F2 documents its earlier referrals.
  4. 229_F2 – Petitions Committee of the Berlin House of Representatives (29 pages): supplement to petitions 7637/19 and 7654: a parliamentary examination of who in Berlin examines the prosecutors.

All four packages contain the complaint (225_F2) and the transcription of the reply (224_F2); 228 and 229 also contain Anlage 56_F2.

Bundestag

On 17 September 2026 the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag confirmed by email my petition E-208090, received on 31 August 2026, reference 4-21-07-99999-023265 — and stated that petitions cannot be submitted by fax.

After dispatch

For each package, the recipient, time, number of pages and result will be entered from the transmission report. An “OK” proves transmission, not processing. How long processing takes will be counted here — in days.
