What it is: my e-mail to the secretariat of the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag of 12 October 2026, 21:53, as sent; the criminal complaint (Anlage 225_F2) was attached. The name of the official in the salutation is omitted.

The question for the federal legislature: neither the StPO nor the GVG says who examines a criminal complaint against a member of the examining authority. § 145 GVG stops at the district boundary; a complaint under § 172(1) StPO goes to the same Prosecutor General’s Office; the route to court requires a lawyer’s signature (§ 172(3) StPO).
