Anlage 281_F2 — Declaration of settlement to the enforcement chamber of 5 November 2026: phone account

What it is: Signed declaration (1 page): the application for an interim order of 2 November 2026 (Anlage 278_F2) is settled because payments into my phone account are possible again; according to the operator it was a fault, not a block. Request for a costs decision at the court’s discretion (§ 121(2) sentence 2 StVollzG). The application on phone charges is unaffected.
