Annex 68_F1 — statement on the application for a declaration (Feststellungsantrag): authorisation practice and allegation of eavesdropping against OStA Wachs

For recording by the registry official of Tiergarten Local Court (Amtsgericht Tiergarten) (in JVA Moabit, judicial officer Rechtspflegerin Hartig), I give a statement on my application for a declaration (Feststellungsantrag) of 02.04.2024: I consider there to be a risk of repetition, particularly concerning senior public prosecutor Wachs. According to my account, OStA Wachs initially authorised only a landline call, although he knew that my wife had no landline — knowledge which, I suspect, he obtained from eavesdropping on my wife’s telephone calls. I further describe a prevented visit by my acquaintance Christoph Wiedemann from Hamburg and my suspicion that OStA Wachs contributed to this, as well as repeated statements by OStA Wachs at trial hearings that Herr Wiedemann was disturbing him.
